This is a high-impact generalist role that supports both day-to-day People operations and strategic People initiatives.

You’ll work across the entire employee lifecycle - helping us to hire brilliant candidates, to scale our culture, develop our people, and reach high levels of performance.

What You'll Do

Own the Employee Experience

  • Lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from employer branding, hiring, onboarding through to offboarding.
  • Deliver an exceptional onboarding process that sets new hires up for success.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on People-related topics.
  • Champion a people-first approach while balancing commercial and operational realities.
  • Ensure employees feel supported, connected, and valued at work.
  • Create and deliver recognition and celebration initiatives that reflect our values.
  • Join the monthly wrap up and weekly calls
  • Support on offsite design and delivery
  • Process & policy management
  • Manager our benefits (Healthcare)

Examples of ways of working

Partner with the COO to build and continuously improve scalable People processes (e.g. performance management, career pathways, reward, recognition).

  • Contribute insights and recommendations to shape policies and frameworks that align with business priorities.
  • Own and improve People Experience cycles (performance reviews, engagement surveys, pay reviews, recognition schemes).
  • Ensure People processes are user-friendly, compliant, and enable managers to lead effectively.
  • Research and benchmark external best practices to keep policies and processes fresh, competitive, and effective.

You should apply if:

  • You have experience operating as a fractional people person, with exposure across the full people and talent employee cycle.
  • You have a genuine curiosity about People Operations, including onboarding, employee relations, and everything in between. You want to learn and grow fast.
  • You’ve used people insights to meaningfully improve how People teams operate and deliver impact.
  • You communicate with ease and enjoy interacting with people at all levels within the business, whether it’s delivering clear guidance or engaging in meaningful conversations.
  • You operate with a proactive mindset - identifying issues early, taking ownership, and leaning into new challenges with excitement.
